The future of leadership development is integrative learning that identifies the needs of an organization and supports them through specific, measurable outcomes. Blended Learning at TeachingHorse is an opportunity to practice, apply, and integrate the skills and capabilities required to lead through uncertainty. Our participants experience a virtual prep session and a full-day experience with horses. We follow up with application conversations 30 and 90 days after the program to help participants integrate the insights gained and apply them directly to their work. These conversations provide an opportunity to discuss challenges, share best practices, and ensure the learning is effectively integrated into our participants’ leadership journey.
